Delano South Beach Hotel
Delano South Beach Hotel Reviews

Review:

Incessantly loud, bass-heavy music permeates every inch of the surrounding area from this place. We weren't even staying at the Delano! We were at the National and we could hear the music CONSTANTLY, so loud it was vibrating my water glass, in a different hotel, 7 stories up. I get that it's Miami Beach and people are going to play music, but this level of volume and bass-vibration is utterly unnecessary. I cannot imagine that this isn't violating city noise ordinances somehow.

Review:

My boyfriend is here for a business conference and we are not thrilled to have made the decision to stay here! The mattress is unbelievably soft and hot and the room, while very spacious, is totally devoid of style. Hopefully my review improves, over the course of the day, but so far I'm really not thrilled to be trapped in what feels like a giant mall or cruise ship. I am excited to try the spa.

One of my favorite hotels in South Beach! The pool is amazing with a great pool side menu! Set right on Lincoln Road so all of the hot spots are very walkable!

This is a great place for those who want a quiet peaceful place but an active life style. There is a whole range of exercise classes and well as four swimming pools, a fine restaurant and it's right on the beach.

The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort
The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort Reviews

Review:

Located across the street from the upscale Shops at Bal Harbour, the St. Regis is a luxurious, beach front resort. A fairly short drive away from the energy of South Beach, this hotel offers a more relaxed retreat away from the ordinary. Walking in to the lobby, I was greeted with enormous chandeliers and floor-to-ceiling mirrored panels. The glitzy lobby leads out to a family-friendly and an adult-only pool. The rooms are what you'd expect out of a large, upscale resort. They're spacious, wi... Read More

The Confidante - in the Unbound Collection by Hyatt
The Confidante - in the Unbound Collection by Hyatt Reviews

Review:

The Thompson Miami Beach, formerly the Crown Hotel, is the most beautifully remodeled hotel on the beach. From the design house of Martin Brudnizki, the brand new decor of the lobby, 380 rooms, restaurants, and outdoor spaces is original, creative, and tasteful. The hotel comes alive with the amazing vibe exuded from the fancy Art Deco style. A huge crystal chandelier, truly a work of art, adorns the lobby. And there a few other equally stunning chandeliers throughout the hotel. Adding to the... Read More

Villa Bagatelle
Villa Bagatelle Reviews

Review:

The small hotel is decorated with colorful modern, commercial graffiti art, which contrasts with the plain white walls and floors. It strives to be chic, but it's too commercial and almost bland. It's located in a very nice area, which is mostly residential and filled with shopping options. It's not in South Beach, but right next to it. So you don't get the constant madness of the famed party spot during the weekends, but it's close enough if you want to check out all it has to offer cultural... Read More

Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel
Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel Reviews

Review:

This hotel was full of unexpected surprises. At first glance, you would assume this place to be of limited space like many of the boutique hotels in South Beach, however, not only was it spacious, but it boasts its own beachfront property. The pool - not far from the shore - was quite the social scene. Aside from the lobby and courtyard decor which features large animal statues, the hotel room itself was something to behold. Esthetics aside, the front staff was happy to provide a comprehensiv... Read More

Kimpton Angler's Hotel
Kimpton Angler's Hotel Reviews

Review:

I loved the intimacy of being in a small, boutique hotel yet just a block from bustling Collins Avenue. What also appealed to me, aesthetically, was the beach-chic interior decor in the rooms, plus the fact that the lobby restaurant was designed by the same designer who worked on Versace's mansion. You also don't need to leave the hotel to get a glass of wine, cocktail, coffee or a meal: it's all at 660 (the lobby restaurant).

Whitelaw Hotel
Whitelaw Hotel Reviews

Review:

Whitelaw does it right. I must admit, I’ve generally tended to think that all boutique hotels on lower Collins are the same, but the Winterhaven goes the extra mile with a staff that I found very, very friendly, and immaculately kept small, yet stylish rooms. The place feels like a party. There’s a free cocktail hour at 7pm every day for hotel guests, so you can pre-game before you hit dinner or the clubs. I also give it bonus points for a totally unnecessary, but very nice touch: all the in-... Read More
