Maui Ocean Center

Review:

I definitely would not think it ranks in the Top 10 as stated. Talks given by the Experts were good. Don’t miss. IMAX was disappointing. Food was overpriced.

Papalaua Beach Park
Papalaua Beach Park Reviews

Review:

The only public county-run campground that's right on the beach, Papalaua is just a short drive south of Lahaina, not far from Maalaea Bay. The campsites are very close to the road, however, which means that it can be noisy and also a party venue for local kids.

A lush green oasis that holds a real gem, a rock pinnacle called the Iao Needle. The park has hiking trails and a shorter walking trail - great for families.

Pride of Maui
Pride of Maui Reviews

Review:

We took the 6 hour morning tour which included breakfast, lunch and an open bar towards the end of the trip. This charter boat takes you to two different snorkel sights. We upgraded to snuba, which allows you to "scuba dive" about 20 feet under the water's surface. Justin was super helpful with making us feel at ease. Highly recommended! It was such an amazing experience to swim with the fish and sea turtles. The captain also stopped the boat to point out where the whales were. Supe... Read More

Nakalele Blowhole
Nakalele Blowhole Reviews

Review:

Came out to the Nakalele Blowhole thinking it would be a quick stop, but ended up having a lot of fun here. The view is gorgeous. If you're able, the hike down is a little intense but fun and absolutely worth it for the view. Just use common sense because if the waters are rough. You can see the heart shaped rock in the area. It's super Pintetesty, but it's also kind of cute.

The drive out was a little more intense to Hana, but it hugs some beautiful coastline and you can tour some ... Read More

Maalaea Harbor Activities Reviews

Review:

Most of the tour to Molokini launch from the Maalaea Harbor. We recommend the morning tours for the best chance to get to Molokini. The trade winds sometimes kick up in the afternoon so the boats do not always make the trip in the afternoon.

A nice small and local shopping center next to the harbor. There's a few local eateries to try, farmers market with lots of unique island crafts, whale tours and boating tours, and snack shops.

Maui Tropical Plantation
Maui Tropical Plantation Reviews

Review:

One of the most affordable activities to do on Maui. They have an educational tour of the property and very well kept scenery which was great for photo opportunities. They also have some on-site restaurants and zip lines you can check out for some additional cost, but you can go there for free and walk around their property, get yourself a smoothie or ice cream, and maybe grab something from their gift shop. Great experience for me, I highly recommend.
