Delano South Beach Hotel
Delano South Beach Hotel Reviews

Review:

Incessantly loud, bass-heavy music permeates every inch of the surrounding area from this place. We weren't even staying at the Delano! We were at the National and we could hear the music CONSTANTLY, so loud it was vibrating my water glass, in a different hotel, 7 stories up. I get that it's Miami Beach and people are going to play music, but this level of volume and bass-vibration is utterly unnecessary. I cannot imagine that this isn't violating city noise ordinances somehow.

Review:

My boyfriend is here for a business conference and we are not thrilled to have made the decision to stay here! The mattress is unbelievably soft and hot and the room, while very spacious, is totally devoid of style. Hopefully my review improves, over the course of the day, but so far I'm really not thrilled to be trapped in what feels like a giant mall or cruise ship. I am excited to try the spa.

Review:

Lots of little museums to explore. Grab a beer at the Pensacola Bay Brewery or a gellato at Dulce's. There are a couple of good places to eat in that area - Hub Stacey's (sandwiches, fries) Dharma Blue (a la carte).

Fairbanks House
Fairbanks House Reviews

Review:

Amelia Island combines the Spanish moss–draped romance of the South with a laid-back tropical ambience. And this boutique Italianate-style villa is the perfect base from which to take it all in. The historic building (est. 1885) displays all manner of over-the-top details: dormers, bay windows, massive chimneys, balustraded balconies, and a 15-foot tower. Rooms feature canopy or four-poster beds, fireplaces, and bathrooms that will thrill any nostalgics yearning to soak in a Victorian-era cla... Read More

Hoyt House Inn

Review:

This beachfront hotel is the perfect retreat on Amelia Island. The rooms and suites are graciously appointed with marble in the bathrooms and super soft linens on the beds. The property has four different restaurants for sampling and you can also snag a few spa treatments while you stay. While the amenities are all great, the true star of this hotel is the amazing staff.

The Royal Palms Resort & Spa
The Royal Palms Resort & Spa Reviews

Review:

I really enjoyed The Royal Palms Resort & Spa, especially with its modern, artsy design. It’s tucked away but still very close to all the excitement in the area. It’s a 21 and up resort so there are no kids running around making it more of an adult playground. It’s charming with a relaxed vibe but still plenty trendy and modern. There’s a nice pool area along with a fitness center, spa and restaurant. Guests of the hotel can also enjoy yoga classes over at the nearby Beach Gardens Hotel. ... Read More
