I tried to see as many museums as I could with my passes but there never seems to be enough time. The Imax theater is always a treat and the artists out front are interesting and creative.
Great place with lots of history, various gardens, museums, shops and a few small cafes.
Historical and nice park! losta museums clustered here and also walking distance to the zoo.
Beautiful. Lots to see. Amazing museums. Great family environment. Performers and vendors.
Balboa Park is a lush 1,200 acre park and home to more than 17 museums, multiple performing arts venues, lovely gardens, trails, and many other creative and recreational attractions, including the San Diego Zoo.
I love Balboa Park. You could spend days here and still not see everything. Check out the museums, running/walking trails, gardens, and don't miss the organ pavilion, especially if it's a Sunday and there is someone playing. There are also restaurants and take the kids to the zoo!
It's a nice place to go for morning walks, picnic , weekend adventure to check out historical museums. Lots to do at this park .

This is an awesome place to spend a rainy day! Lots of Museums and things to see....
Balboa Park is large with several museums & gardens. You can definitely spend an entire day exploring all the things the park has to offer. If you're a dog owner it's the perfect place to bring fide for a walk and to play fetch.
Great location to explore museums and such. Warm, lively atmosphere. Cultural and family friendly.
What a beautiful park to just have a great morning run at. The trees bloom beautiful and the park is well manicured.
One of America's great urban parks. Great place for a picnic. And if you are a museum lover, you should plan several days of museum visits.
Amazing for families, tourists or just a quick relaxing afternoon for a busy business traveler. Museums, shops, art exhibits, zoo and plenty of restaurants and shops near by. Overlooking downtown and Coronado island.
