Hands down one of the best restaurants I have been to in SF. Everything from the decor and ambience, service and of course the food, were outstanding. The atmosphere of this Michelen award winning restaurant is trendy and lively, and the service is warm and welcoming. I came here for a birthday dinner, and we had the tasting menu. The food was absolutely phenomenal, all based on or inspired by Moroccan cuisine and flavors. The prices were reasonable, in line with other Michelen Star restaurants. I highly recommend this restaurant for any foodies visiting or living in San Francisco.
Mourad in SF, brings Moroccan/New American to fine dining! The deco is contemporary with flare. The food?! AMAZING! The freshest, quality ingredients - which are treated with respect and honored in every dish. The service is top notch! The staff is attentive, accommodating, and friendly. They have a sommelier which will assist you in pairing wine selections with any dish! It's a bit pricey so expect to drop a couple of Bennys.
The space, the food, the presentation of both the food and the wine, the service were all top notched on the night of our visit and we will be sure to return. Mourad has all the right ingredients to be a new classic mainstay in the San Francisco dining scene.
New restaurant by Aziza's executive chef. The food is very good! It was opening night so the service was a bit slow, I think they were still trying to figure out their system. The tasting menu is $150 wine pairings are an additional $75. We did a la carte and the portions were on the smaller side. They don't have it yet but soon they will have family style dining as well. I would go back to try that. The restaurant reminds me of a vegas style restaurant - posh and sophisticated, very different than most SF restaurants, perfect for fidi diners!
Fancy and trendy spot. Food was ok
